    Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing. By purchasing with Katy Wilkinson Jewellery you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions you may not use or access this website. These Terms & Conditions abide by The Consumer Contract Regulations. You are welcome to print or store these Terms & Conditions for your own records.

    Katy Wilkinson Jewellery owns the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non–commercial use.   Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited. You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else. While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on Katy Wilkinson Jewellery website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.

    Wherever the term “Working Days or Hours” is featured, this excludes bank holidays, weekends and public holidays such as Christmas. Any holiday times will be clearly displayed on the homepage. When you place an order with Katy Wilkinson Jewellery you will be sent an order confirmation detailing your order, this is giving you ample opportunity to correct any possible errors. Should you have any complaints, please send them to the contact information detailed at the bottom of this page. These Terms & Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights.


    All Katy Wilkinson Jewellery products are handmade, and as a result a small variation is sizing and design according to images presented is to be expected. There are differences product-by-product becasue shapes are naurally formed without a template.


    Prices are subject to change but are correct at time of posting. Any glitches, errors or typos are not required to be honoured. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether. Any special offers will have a clear displayed end date.


    PayPal is our only payment method. You can pay with your PayPal account or by card through that system. To pay by card, you do not need to have an account with PayPal to purchase.

    Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Katy Wilkinson Jewellery. Katy Wilkinson Jewellery must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted and the contract formed.

    Once payment has been received Katy Wilkinson Jewellery will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide.  The confirmation email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Katy Wilkinson Jewellery’s acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these Terms & Conditions.  Any Terms & Conditions sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.


    Royal Mail

    A further email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.  Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be shipped.  During busier periods, such as the run up to Christmas, you may need to allow longer. If there is a delay with your order, Katy Wilkinson Jewellery will advise you as soon as possible.

    Katy Wilkinson Jewellery posts orders via Royal Mail Signed For™ 1st Class. The cost for this service will be clearly displayed to you during the checkout process.

    Should your order not arrive, please contact Katy Wilkinson Jewellery.  A full refund or a replacement will be offered once 15 days from the date of posting has passed.

    Free local pickup

    Katy Wilkinson Jewellery is based in Melksham, Wiltshire.  If you live locally and would prefer to pick up your order in person, free of any shipping charges, then please use the ‘local pickup’ shipping option during the checkout process.  If you select ‘local pickup’ during the checkout process, Katy Wilkinson Jewellery will contact you after you have placed your order to arrange a suitable date and time for you to collect your order.  This will normally be within 5 working days of recieving your order. During busier periods, such as the run up to Christmas, you may need to allow longer.  If there is a delay with your order, Katy Wilkinson Jewellery will advise you as soon as possible.

    Returns & Cancellations

    We ensure all items that are posted to customers are of the highest standard, but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund less the original cost of postage.

    Under The Consumer Contract Regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 working days after receiving your order.  Your right to cancel is unconditional.

    You can return an item for any reason such as faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, you’ve changed your mind and more.

    If you wish to return an item, please notify us in writing (email is fine) detailing your name, address, order number, order date and what you would like to return.  We will then process your return and supply you with the return address, or arrange a suitable date and time for you to return your order in person.

    For postal returns, we would be grateful if you would return your items via recorded or tracked post.  This is for your peace of mind, and ours.  This is not a requirement of law, this is a courtesy request.

    Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from the returns policy.

    Return postage will be paid by the customer if the order is no longer wanted.  If the reason for the return is our responsibility, return postage will be paid by Katy Wilkinson Jewellery.

    Returning Custom Items

    Custom made items are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations – the only exception being is if they’re faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or any other fault of Katy Wilkinson Jewellery; in this case, please refer to the returns section of this document.
